Steps for creating a chart

Click on the Insert tab.

Click on the down arrow before Pie button.

Click and choose on a pie graph.

Click Select Data button.

Highlight the title row down to the last row of data but don’t highlight the total row.

Click Ok button and your chart appears in the square.

Under Chart Layouts you can change the way your chart looks.

Under Chart Styles you can change the style of your chart.

All charts must have a chart title. If the chart type does not include one then you must insert a text box and put one in.

You can change a chart’s color: background, pie pieces, everything. Play around with your chart.

Type your name in a cell somewhere on the page.

Click on File and print preview button. You need to make sure that your chart and table and name are on the same page. If not, move the chart underneath your table so it will fit.

Once you are done save your document as a pdf by following the steps below. To receive a 4 you must put it in my folder.
